I received at 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy from Oxford Brookes University in June of 2012. While studying, I was most interested in paediatrics and assistive technology, choosing elective classes in these areas. I chose to do my final skills presentation on assistive technology, being only one of two in my large cohort to present on this area.
I achieved high grades in both in the International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma programme and the International GCSEs. Out of a potential 45 points, I received 39 in the IB, achieving the maximum 7 points in three subjects, including Higher Level Biology. My IGCSE scores ranged from A* to B.
I continue to find other avenues to learn, particularly ones that fit my time and budget contraints. I have found Codecademy particularly useful in piecing together this website. You can find my Codecademy profile here.
I have also recently completed a Coursera course on Greek and Roman Mythology, for which I received a certificate with distinction based on high quiz and essay scores. I am currently doing courses on Finance, Philosophy, and Genetics & Evolution. You can find my Coursera profile here.
Another free, online course provider is EdX, where I am doing a Harvard-led course on Computer Science (CS50).
